We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal financial accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Lead the payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes team, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage the purchase and sales ledger teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable ledgers, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly accruals, prepayments, and accounting entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Manage audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting practices, identifying areas for optimization.
