Merchandising Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in PEP&CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the PEP&CO range and driving the brand forward.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a fashion retailer or concession, as well as a keen interest in fashion and current trends.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high standards, and have a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and coaching.

As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager with the PEP&CO range
• Driving sales to maximise profit and minimising stock loss
• Ensuring the Pep & Co section is 100% compliant with merchandising standards and guidelines
• Delivering excellent customer service in-store, aiming to delight customers through the best service
• Completing stock inventory counts in relevant sections as required
• Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner and any damage is logged in line with company processes
• Ensuring stock replenishment is completed accurately
