We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Clothing Supervisor to join our team at Poundland. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our PEP&CO range, a leading fashion brand within our stores. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
As a Clothing Supervisor, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for processing stock deliveries, completing stock inventory counts, and ensuring stock replenishment is accurate.
We are looking for a candidate with previous retail experience, preferably within the fashion industry. You should have a keen interest in fashion, a creative eye for merchandising, and a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and coaching.
