We are seeking a skilled Lighting Control Specialist to join our team at the Royal Opera House. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current networking technologies and experience with ETC Eos programming.

The ideal candidate will have excellent networking knowledge and programming skills, with a good track record in lighting board control. They will also be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and have a basic understanding of Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Lightwright, and MLA.

As a key member of our Lighting Control & Visualisation Department, the successful candidate will work alongside leading Lighting Designers on world-class opera and ballet productions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading technology and working practices, and will have the opportunity to grow and manage their own areas of specialism.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing ETC Eos programming solutions
  • Collaborating with Lighting Designers to deliver high-quality lighting designs
  • Providing technical support and training to colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry developments
