Key Responsibilities:
  • Post invoices to the SAP system and direct them for approval, ensuring timely and efficient payment of vendor invoices and employee expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of accounts payable activities, utilizing skills in data management and analysis.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and other stakeholders as needed, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
