Pangbourne Part Time Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary

Focused on delivering exceptional HR services, we are recruiting a skilled Part Time Human Resources Coordinator to support our clients in Pangbourne. This role requires a strong background in payroll and HR administration, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support to teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Advisor in ensuring that the Payroll and HR Function provides a professional service to the organization.
  • Co-ordinate safeguarding training and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process and administer monthly payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Enter changes onto the payroll system, including sickness, holidays, leavers, and starters each month.
  • Upload pension data to pension providers each month.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in payroll administration, preferably in a busy HR function.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners, possessing a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Moorepay is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, either over 4 or 5 days.
