About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lister to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. As a Property Lister, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and working with them to market their properties in Great Yarmouth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong relationships with vendors and clients, generate new business through marketing efforts, and secure new instructions for properties to market.

Job Description:

Market Properties:

You will be responsible for using various marketing skills to promote properties to buyers, including online and offline strategies.

Secure New Instructions:

You will need to gain new instructions for properties to market, using negotiation and persuasion skills.

Deliver Exceptional Client Service:

You will provide excellent service to clients and vendors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Complete Contracts Efficiently:

You will ensure contracts are completed quickly and accurately, minimizing delays and issues.

Upsell Additional Products:

You will identify opportunities to sell additional products to clients, increasing revenue and profitability.
