The Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Canterbury region. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities both regionally and nationally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Implement strategies for business growth and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or a similar sales leadership role.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and understanding customer needs.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
