Mechanical Project Manager

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical Package and overseeing resources on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project commercial issues and cost reporting while identifying client requirements and ensuring they are delivered to the client's satisfaction.
- Regularly audit the project to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with the project team regularly on project-specific matters and company initiatives.
- Manage procurement and achieve best value for Engineering Services.
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar.
- Proven track record of managing project teams to reach completion within budget and on schedule.
- Ability to interpret project specifications and manage procurement, labour, and sub-contractors, controlling contract costs and variations.
- Experience coordinating M&E Services installations.
- Experience in the compilation and presentation of Operating & Maintenance Manuals.
- BTEC: HNC Building Services.
- BTEC: ONC Building Services.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS – desirable.
