Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Mid Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
The Role:- Manage the Mechanical Package in line with the project and manage the resources on the project on a day-to-day basis.
- Report any staff issues as appropriate.
- Manage project commercial issues and cost reporting while identifying the client's requirements and ensuring they are delivered to the client's satisfaction.
- Represent the company on any internal or external issues.
- Regularly audit the project to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with the project team regularly on project-specific matters and company initiatives.
- Manage procurement and achieve best value for Engineering Services.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar in a HVAC capacity on commercial projects.
- Experience of delivering Mechanical Packages on data centers.
- Experience of managing a project team to reach completion within budget and to program.
- Ability to interpret the requirements of the specification.
- Experience of managing contract values ranging from £2m and above.
- CSCS card.
- IOSH directing safely desirable.
- SMSTS desirable.
