About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Wallace Hospital. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct research and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
  • Disseminate findings through conference presentations and publications
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience working in a clinical forensic or mental health setting
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of complex therapies, such as schema-focused and cognitive-analytical therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
