About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations and maintaining a safe and orderly environment for drivers and pedestrians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking and identify potential issues
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to ensure efficient operations
  • Identify and report abandoned vehicles to management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve parking-related issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of previous enforcement experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with computerized systems
  • Ability to work a 37-hour week, Monday to Sunday, on a rota'd basis
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
