Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing the annual budget and developing company performance management targets.
  • Partnership with Retail & Merchandising teams to drive business growth.
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, cashflow, profit and loss, funds flow statements, and the monthly management report.
  • Producing Management Accounts.
  • Implementing and streamlining accounting processes.
  • Analysing and reviewing company cost management performance against budget.
  • Coordinating monthly payroll and ensuring timely data passage to the Payroll Bureau.
  • Playing a pivotal role in implementing new finance and ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in producing timely Management Information for Senior Management.
  • SME environment experience ideal.
  • Bias towards Financial Control systems development.
  • Confident Excel user.
  • Commercial awareness to understand business facets.
  • Positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills.
