We are seeking a part-time Female Support Worker to join our team at The Avenues Trust Group in Shawbury.
About the RoleThis position involves providing support and care to an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury, enabling them to live independently in their family home.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in various activities with our person, including discussing current affairs, playing word games, and spending time outdoors.
Responsibilities- Support daily living activities and utilize community resources.
- Engage in social activities with our person.
- Provide personal care if needed.
