This role involves taking stock deliveries and verifying their accuracy, collaborating with the purchasing team to identify required items and place orders, maintaining the stores, workshop, and grounds in a tidy state, inspecting tools and equipment for faults, supporting engineers in gathering the correct parts needed for jobs, and conducting stock checks and inventories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking delivery of stock items and checking them against receipts
  • Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure accurate ordering and receipt of stock
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Inspecting tools and equipment for damage or malfunction
  • Supporting engineers in sourcing necessary parts for repairs
  • Conducting regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy

This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with flexible hours negotiable. Additional hours may be available from time to time, and there is potential for this role to grow and develop within the company.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per year, along with a bonus scheme and a range of benefits including casual dress, company events, company pension, free parking, and on-site parking.
