Programme Risk Manager

As a Programme Risk Manager at EY, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' ERP and technology projects. With a strong background in risk management and programme assurance, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide oversight and governance for ERP and technology projects, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the programme lifecycle, developing and implementing risk mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
- Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure programme deliverables meet required specifications and are fit for purpose.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, project sponsors, functional leads, and end-users.
- Oversee change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor programme progress against key performance indicators, timelines, and budgets, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in ERP systems and technology programme management.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess programme effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the realization of benefits associated with ERP/technology programmes, ensuring expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Approximately 10+ years' experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role in industry or the public sector.
- Approximately 15+ years of ERP/Technology Project Management and Programme Assurance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of managing complex stakeholder programmes.
- Good understanding of ERP/Technology project management principles.
- Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are desirable.
