Person Specification:
- Education and Qualifications:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (minimum 2 years post-qualification experience)
- Relevant clinical training and postgraduate qualifications
- Evidence of experience in therapeutic interventions relevant to the specialty (e.g., nurse prescribing, CBT, DBT, PSI, EFT, NLP, and family interventions)
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of working within community teams
- Experience of multidisciplinary team (MDT) and multi-agency working
- Experience in delivering clinical supervision
- Experience in supporting case load management
- Facilitation of personal development planning in others
- Knowledge and experience of community transformation
- Skills and Competencies:
- Organizational and time management skills
- Prioritization of complex workload
