About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Support Specialist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of our Support Worker Induction programme and other training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes for Support Workers and other healthcare staff.
  • Participate in the provision of high-quality, evidence-based training across Southern Health and external organisations.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Act as a positive role model in promoting clinical excellence.
