Job Title: Performance AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team in London. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our investment teams by analyzing and reporting on portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze portfolio performance
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with investment teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize portfolio performance
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hedge fund or investment management firm
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and VBA
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders
