Performance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Jigsaw Financial as a Performance Analyst.
About the Role:
- As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing performance calculations, GIPS compliance, and attribution across various asset classes.
- You will work closely with investment and product teams to communicate and implement performance-related initiatives.
- Additionally, you will provide information on performance-based inquiries and analyze performance data to provide insights to product management and client-facing teams.
- Another key aspect of the role is to improve attribution capabilities for new strategies and products, as well as monitor operational processes related to performance measurement.
Requirements:
- Experience in performance and attribution within asset management is essential.
- Strong asset class knowledge, preferably in fixed income, is also required.
- SQL knowledge is a plus, and strong academics and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
