Senior Vice President of Sales

A Senior Vice President of Sales is sought to lead the commercial operations of Antony James Recruitment Ltd. This exciting opportunity involves driving the company's commercial success by leading a high-performing sales team, developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, and identifying new markets. Key responsibilities include overseeing brand positioning and lead generation, leveraging industry networks, and taking charge of global product launches.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of senior-level commercial experience within the life sciences industry, a Master's degree in biology or a related life science discipline, and a proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market expansion. This is a hybrid role, with at least two days per week in the office, and up to 50% international travel.
