Job Description

As a senior project coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of 3-4 high-value schemes, managing all aspects of the projects from start to finish. This includes supporting tender processes, attending meetings, creating detailed site programs, overseeing design with the support of a design manager, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing site teams, monitoring costs, and producing regular reports to the construction director.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in a similar capacity for a general main contractor, with a stable work history and a strong ability to manage multiple schemes. You should be comfortable with contract administration and strategic information management.
