About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile sourcing projects and driving innovation across complex spend categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple high-value sourcing projects within the professional services category, delivering significant commercial value.
  • Lead the development of sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customers and business experts to identify and implement optimal procurement solutions.
  • Propose new ideas to improve safety, sustainability, and efficiency while encouraging innovation from the supply chain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing processes, particularly within professional services or complex spend categories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive approach to innovation, creative problem-solving, and value-driven procurement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
