We are seeking a skilled Customer Controller to join our Customer Service team at our Warrington site.
As a Customer Controller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their deliveries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure accurate creation of customer orders on our ESL in-house system for delivery.
- Liaise with Planning Teams to ensure consignments are collected and delivered to customer requirements.
- Monitor customer delivery compliance and investigate late and failed deliveries.
- Proactively report on customer delivery performance and discrepancies.
- Learn and utilize customer-specific systems to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure accurate capture and reporting of additional costs within agreed timeframes.
- Complete daily task lists to confirm requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
- GCSE grade 'C' or above in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Good geographical or transport knowledge.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems, particularly Excel and Outlook.
