BranWell Ford Associates Limited is seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their team in Torbay. As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, equity release, remortgages, and shared ownership.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, equity release, remortgages, and shared ownership. They will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the property transaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years' PQE to take their career to the next level. The firm offers a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, equity release, remortgages, and shared ownership
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the property transaction
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions
