Conveyancing Specialist

BranWell Ford Associates Limited is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join their team in Torbay. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, equity release, remortgages, and shared ownership.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with supervisory experience being advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years' PQE to take on a challenging and rewarding role. The firm offers a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, equity release, remortgages, and shared ownership
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions
• Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing efforts
