About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people in our care.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people in our care, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of each individual.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, behavior management, and safeguarding.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the smooth running of the residential setting.
