Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our children's homes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our young people, including assisting with their personal care, education, and leisure activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to our young people, including assisting with their personal care and education
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
