Job Overview

The Catering Supervisor role at Holroyd Howe is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our catering services. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the catering team to develop a great work relationship and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement effective catering strategies to meet the needs of our clients
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar environment at a management level
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
• IT literacy and ability to use software applications
• Passion for food, customer service, and hospitality
