Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pathways Coordinator to join our regional team in London, based at Ealing Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our mentorship program to young people aged 16-18, building exceptional individual relationships, and driving mentor recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their education and employment goals.
- Recruit, train, and support mentors to work with young people, ensuring a high-quality experience for both parties.
- Monitor and evaluate the program's impact, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with Ealing Council colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in youth development, mentorship, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, mentors, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

This role is subject to Ealing Council's enhanced vetting process.
The position is for a fixed period, and external applicants will be offered a fixed-term contract, while existing Ealing Council employees will be offered the opportunity of a secondment.
