Commercial Director Opportunity

Rullion is seeking a talented Sales Director to join our Insurtech client in the London Insurance Market. This is a high-profile role that requires a strong leader to drive commercial growth, develop business strategies, and lead cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise-scale sales in the Insurtech space, particularly in the London Insurance Market or Lloyd's of London. They will be responsible for developing business plans, identifying new revenue streams, and working closely with data and technology teams to drive innovation.

We offer a competitive salary of around £140,000 - £170,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive compensation plan, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
