Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station, adhering to strict safety procedures and protocols.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including train schedules, platform changes, and other relevant information.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe station environment, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and free from hazards.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, particularly during periods of disruption.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with GWR operational systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
