About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a SHE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
Requirements:
- Experience as an SHE Manager in a food or FMCG manufacturing business.
- Diploma level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence at a senior level and champion change.
- Demonstrable compliance to legislation.
