About the Company

Pyramid8 offers a unique opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position provides an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the vendor ledger, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Process employee expenses, mileage returns, and administer the online expenses system.
  • Responsible for daily bank payments and receipts, reconciling with SAP and bank statements.
  • Efficiently process incoming customer payments and account allocations.
  • Respond to accounting queries from internal and external sources in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and files for year-end audits.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the SAP system in areas relevant to your role.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in processing day-to-day ledgers is required.
  • SAP proficiency is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Benefits
