Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprentice Supervisor to join our team at Framatome. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and proposing solutions to ensure the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Review and approve technical documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Ensure that all installation activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Construction, Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician)
  • Enrolment onto ILM Level 3 Certificate C&BE and completion of Nuclear Unit or Nuclear Engineering Construction Supervisor (NECS)
  • Essential training for the role (HPC specific training): CCNSG, TMIC trained, IC trained
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Black Hat Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all Health & Safety aspects of installation activities on site, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and on-site supervision.
