Ambulance Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our patient transport service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transporting service users to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
  • Providing emotional support and empathy to service users and their families
  • Assisting with patient handling and moving, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Committed to patient care and well-being
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical fitness for patient handling and moving
  • Enhanced DBS check and full UK driving licence
