Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of travel to corporate clients
  • Assist with travel disruptions and make urgent travel bookings
  • Work closely with the day team to maintain high levels of customer service
  • Source and book the best and most cost-effective travel options for clients
  • Perform quality control on day team processes
  • Provide risk analysis of global travel news and communicate with senior management
  • Creation and provision of traveller tracking reports
Requirements
  • Knowledgeable on Sabre and Amadeus
  • Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience) essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
  • On the pulse with world events and likely travel implications
  • Good organisational skills and excellent customer service & communicative abilities
Working Hours and Package
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Shift patterns are Mon - Fri or except Fri to Sat shift when it is weekend shifts are
  • Salary - Circa \u2116 36,000 (dependant on experience) + bank holiday payments / bonus
