We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our client's production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating production machinery, monitoring for and correcting issues as they arise, ensuring all SOPs are followed, and maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating production machinery
  • Monitoring and correcting issues as they arise
  • Ensuring all SOPs are followed
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Leading the line/unit team

Requirements:

  • Experience of production machinery setting and operating is essential for this role, preferably within a food production environment
  • Good level of English language
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow quality and safety guidelines at all times
  • A desire to produce excellent quality products for our customers

What We Offer:

  • A competitive pay rate of £12.66 per hour
  • A premium paid between 22:00-06:00 of an additional £1.55 per hour
  • Opportunities for upskilling beyond this initial role over time
