About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our BMW and MINI dealership in Canterbury. With over 100 years of experience, we know what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service and make the car buying process seamless.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' mechanical experience, preferably in a premium brand or independent garage. Training will be provided for the right individual. The working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Benefits and Perks
This role offers an estimated annual salary of £45,000 (OTE), plus a joining bonus of £500 after initial probation and another £500 after completing 12 months of employment. Requirements
Hold a full UK driving license for manual and automatic vehicles. Possess a minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
