Mobile Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry. Limited, as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to customers and utilizing their technical expertise on the road.

  • Candidates should have a strong all-round technical background and experience with vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs, including electrical and diagnostic work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Carrying out routine maintenance and repair tasks on customer vehicles
  2. Conducting electrical and diagnostic tests to identify issues
  3. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of jobs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • At least five years of experience as a full-time Mechanic
  • A full UK driving licence

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between £18,000 and £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
