About the Position:
The University of Groningen invites applications for a PhD studentship funded by ESRC on Economic and social outcomes of work-based learning across economic sectors: The case of Foundation Apprenticeships in Scotland. As a research fellow, you will be responsible for conducting research on the economic and social outcomes of work-based learning in various economic sectors.

Responsibilities:
* Conducting research on the economic and social outcomes of work-based learning
* Analyzing data on Foundation Apprenticeships in Scotland
* Presenting findings to academic and industry audiences

Requirements:
* A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, sociology, education)
* Excellent research skills and experience with statistical analysis
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
