Academic Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Office Administrator to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our academic team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative and secretarial support to our academic staff
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including correspondence, reports, and proposals
- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to client and site worker enquiries
- Maintain contract details and record progress on our computer system
- Oversee ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation files and update them on a weekly basis
- Manage staff records and track holiday and sickness absences
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
