The Education Endowment Foundation is a leading independent charity dedicated to improving educational outcomes for disadvantaged students. Our mission is to break the link between family income and educational achievement by supporting schools, colleges, and nurseries to improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence.
The RoleWe are seeking an Evaluation Officer to join our Research Directorate on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Evaluation Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of multiple education research projects, facilitating the commissioning of evaluators, maintaining accurate project data, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of the EEF's evaluator and data collection panels
- Organise several external events and conferences
- Monitor research projects on Salesforce to ensure information accuracy
- Organise and provide logistical support for team meetings and processes
- Relevant work experience in project management or coordination
- Experience handling multiple tasks, managing competing priorities, and delivering a high volume of work on time
- Experience with office management software, including MS Office (Excel and Word), and comfort working with technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A competitive salary of £33,000 per annum
