As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our charity work by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
