This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Wirral with flexibility for some remote work, for a Sales & Marketing Associate. The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, sales, training, and sales & marketing duties to increase market share, retain loyal customers, and maximize revenue in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

2. Content Creation:
Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and website content.

3. Digital Marketing:
Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, SEO, and online advertising, to reach a wider audience and drive brand awareness.

4. Brand Promotion:
Work towards enhancing the company's brand image through various marketing initiatives.

5. Client Meetings and Presentations:
Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company's products or services in a compelling manner.

6. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

9. Market Feedback:
Gather feedback from customers and the market to provide valuable insights for product or service improvement.

10. Reporting and Analytics:
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

11. Sales Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and pipeline status. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales preferred, or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in conducting training sessions, both for internal personnel and external clients
- Experience in sales & marketing duties, including social media, events, and promotions
- Ability to oversee sales and marketing campaigns
- Experience in workforce management technology or software will be beneficial.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
