Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our Client Payments & Fees team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management, and be proficient in working with investment products, wrappers, and platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client payments and fees in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing our computer systems provided by IRESS. This includes XPLAN, PULSE, FUSION, and SYMPHONY. The role also involves setting up new fee scales, monitoring ongoing fees, and involvement in regular checking and verification of data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process client payments and fees accurately and within agreed SLAs.
  2. Set up new fee scales and monitor ongoing fees.
  3. Involvement in regular checking and verification of data.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management.
  • Proficiency in working with investment products, wrappers, and platforms.
  • Strong data entry and paperwork checking skills.
  • Excellent customer/client service skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
