High-Performance Vehicle Specialist

Expleo is seeking skilled professionals to join a state-of-the-art facility focused on high-performance road vehicles. This role offers contract opportunities with competitive rates based in Surrey. You will work with a highly experienced team, contributing to the launch and build of high-end vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow Detailed Work Instructions:
Ensure all operations meet quality standards by adhering to detailed work instructions related to vehicle manufacture.
2. Problem Identification and Resolution:
Identify and solve problems as they arise, providing feedback to the relevant engineering function to improve processes.
3. Tool Specification:
Specify generic hand tool requirements for different production build phases to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
4. Fault Diagnosis and Rectification:
Diagnose and rectify faults on the production line to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
Requirements:
1. Practical Automotive Experience:
Hands-on experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle build, maintenance, and service, is essential.
2. Quality Focus:
A professional approach to work with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
3. Flexibility:
A flexible attitude towards working hours to support production demands, including potential overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or a similar qualification is preferable but not essential.
