About the Role:

The Instrumentation and Controls Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of control systems and instrumentation equipment across the site. This will involve collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to the control systems, as well as providing technical support and guidance to colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to control systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and inspections of control systems and instrumentation equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to control systems and instrumentation equipment.

Requirements:

A recognised apprenticeship in Instrumentation Engineering is required. ONC or BTEC National Cert in Instrumentation or Controls Engineering is also essential. Previous experience of working with control systems and instrumentation equipment is necessary.


Benefits: Includes pension and 34 days' holiday. Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
