Job Description

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor - Primary School to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of positive behaviour among students.

About the Job

You will work closely with the pastoral care team to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour. You will also work with class teachers and support staff to assist key children within the classroom setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one-on-one and small group sessions focusing on areas such as self-esteem, anger management, and social skills.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sessions to support specific learning targets for children with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with the Pastoral Care Manager on attendance, family issues, and other concerns.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £95-£110 per day, depending on experience.
