Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lift Sales Consultant to join our team at Ascendant Lifts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Account Management: Utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing targeted sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Location: Gateshead

Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
